Northern California Community Housing Corporation (NCCHC) – NCCHC is a non-profit organization formed in 1994.  NCCHC owns the office building of the Village Apartments located in Suisun, Ca., and co-owns Union Square Apartments in Fairfield, Ca.  which provide affordable housing to lower income individuals and families.
